We will ship the goods within 72 hours, If there are special requirements, please contact customer service in time to negotiate and resolve.

* These delivery estimates are provided by DHL eCommerce/other shipping but customs checks and local courier processing in some countries may result in longer shipping times. If you're concerned that your order is delayed please email support@skysper.com quoting your order number. Please note that international orders are not counted as lost until 25 days after dispatch so until this time SKYSPER are unable to replace the missing items.
 
All items are shipped from our China. A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched. SKYSPER can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday: please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an Express order after 10 am on a Friday or over the weekend your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday. We do not ship on China Bank Holidays.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address does not use one.

SKYSPER RETURNS POLICY

We think you'll love your SKYSPER products as much as you love your riding. We're passionate not only about cycling and design but more importantly quality. However, we can appreciate people can change their mind or in rare occurrences manufacturing faults can occur. If this is the case, here are the options available.
 
Providing your item is unworn, as new and has all its tags attached you can return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase (or 30 days for Sale items). Please fill in the returns form that accompanied your order and sends it back to us with your returned item(s), following the guidelines below.
 
Please use the pre-paid label included with your order to send your returns to:

REFUNDS
When you request a refund for returned products, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping cost.
 If you are returning part of a Bundle or Complete, the bundle discount is no longer valid and your refund amount will reflect this.
 We aim to pay refunds within 7 days of the return arriving with us.
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are at the customer's expense, unless the returned item is faulty, in which case please contact Customer Services and we will arrange to cover your costs. All returns to us in China from overseas must be marked on the customs declaration that it is a 'RETURNED ITEM' and also including a print out of the emailed receipt you have from us.
