Ordering and Payment

By registering with SKYSPER, you will be able to view, track and manage your orders. You will also be able to store your payment details on our secure server, which will make checking out quicker and simpler.

You can also check out as a guest, this means that you don’t have to create an account with us, although it also means you will not be able to view your order details on our website.

All payments made on the SKYSPER.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to SKYSPER employees.


SKYSPER accepts the following Payment Credit Cards and Paypal.

***SKYSPER allows for a single method of payment through PayPal, an eBay company, which offers a quick and secure online payment system. Once the payment has been completed with PayPal, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where the customer can access his or her personal account by entering an email address and password. When the customer chooses to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the selected credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid debit card (PostePay). PayPal protects the buyer’s financial information and does not transmit it. After every transaction executed by this method, PayPal will send an email confirmation. The order amount is charged to the customer’s PayPal account at the time of order. In the event of cancellation, the order amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

If you are using a promotional code please enter it in the promotional code box on the basket page. The discount will automatically be calculated. Promotional codes are for one-time use only and may not be used in separate orders or applied to different products in the case of an exchange. Promotional codes can work on Sale items, Bundles, Completes or Collaborations.

In the case of errors or omissions on the website SKYSPER reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.

SKYSPER reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of SKYSPERproducts are correct. The colors shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colors may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers.

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please email customer services - support@skysper.com.

Prices are quoted in UK Sterling, US dollars, Australian dollars and Euros. All US and Australian dollar prices exclude value added tax. 

Where prices are displayed in other currencies, these prices are indicative only and may not reflect the live exchange rate at the time. For full details on exchange rates, please read our Terms and Conditions.

Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order. 

It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines.

If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed please contact customer services - support@skysper.com. Please note that once an order has been placed skysper are unable to amend or cancel it. Please take advantage of our 90 days returns policy to return any unwanted items for an exchange or refund.
